Swiss Academic Network was founded in Geneva in 1994 with a single principle: every student deserves a placement that fits. Over 30 years and more than 1,000 successful placements later, that principle remains the firm's foundation.
With personal relationships at every major Swiss boarding school and connections spanning the UK, USA, Spain, and beyond, our founder brings privileged access that no directory or algorithm can replicate. Consultations are conducted in English, French, Arabic, and Farsi.

Senior Educational Consultant
Dr. Elisabeth Müller joined Swiss Academic Network as Senior Consultant following a distinguished career in international education. She holds a doctorate in Educational Psychology and has worked directly within Swiss boarding school environments, giving her an insider perspective few consultants can match.
Her specialisms include IB Diploma pathway planning, A-Level school selection, and placements for students with learning differences including ADHD, dyslexia, and autism spectrum profiles. She authors the firm's educational insights and contributes regularly to the field.

Thomas Bergmann leads university admissions consulting at Swiss Academic Network. A graduate of ETH Zurich with postgraduate study at Oxford, he brings firsthand understanding of what elite universities demand from applicants — and how to position each student to meet those demands.
His track record spans Ivy League acceptances, Oxbridge placements, and admissions to ETH Zurich, EPFL, Sciences Po, and leading European institutions. Thomas works closely with students from Year 10 onward, building the academic profile, extracurricular portfolio, and personal statement that selective universities reward.
