Founded by the pioneer César Ritz of the famous luxury Ritz hotels, César Ritz Colleges located in Lucerne, Le Bouveret and Brig offer a traditional Swiss education steeped in excellence setting the standards for hotels and restaurants worldwide. César Ritz Colleges are part of a consortium of leaders in Swiss education and hospitality including, Swiss Education Group, the Culinary Arts Academy and the Swiss Hotel Management school.
